I’d be surprised if Aja isn’t playing. Since her and Pheesa are supposedly close

A’ja played in China for a month after her rookie season. After that she has never played in a league in the off season. She has a trainer and works in that capacity. Maybe she doesn’t want to change that since it’s been so successful. IDK that, but that’s my guess. Making career decisions because of your friends isn’t always in your best interest.

Not a good look for an uninjured player, who agreed 19 weeks ago, to pull out 1 week after the league completed their inaugural draft.

We don't know the exact reason why. Not to mention, she had a rough year on a personal level with her marriage issues. It's better she steps back now versus playing uninspired if she's not focused.

These numbers from FIBA and Olympic 3x3 last year are impressive. Considering the marketing and social media savvy in place at Unrivaled, it will be interesting to see how things trend over the next few years.
