Players Entering Transfer Portal, As of March 2024

On IG, Nat Marshall followed 3 Vanderbillt players: Sacha Washington, Jada Brown, and Jordyn Oliver
Like her a lot. A lot of SEC schools could use her (Auburn, Alabama, LSU) but Vandy is a good fit.

Is anyone left at Arkansas?

Dauda had originally signed with Baylor when Mulkey was there. She asked for her release after Mulkey left for LSU and never attended Baylor.

Nat's going to graduate from ND this May and would have one year of eligibility. Wonder what kind of grad programs she'd be interested in at Vandy?

In any case, if she was to take a tour, it could be handled by Koko Nelson, who handles that for Coach Ralph. Koko was pretty much the lone sub on that 2018 ND National Championship team. She could easily research by calling up her (and Nat's) post coach, Carole Owens. Good player, even better person. Wish her nothing but the best.
Won't she have two years? The Covid year and she redshirted the 2020-21 season

I predict Kim will reach out to her. Would love to have her for post depth.

As fans, we all seem to want many of these players "for depth" on the roster. But, most of these starters want to continue to be starters at their new schools. And, most transfers who weren't starters are trying to find a place where they can become starters.

I kind of think she would be our starting center since Smith will be coming back from injury, and Del Rosario still needs to cook a bit more( although she's seems serious about working on her game).

She was in high school in SC for one year only, mom and Dad are Gamecock grads and/or law school grads. Grandma was first woman state Supreme Court justice. Lots More ties, no, I don’t expect her to transfer to Scar. . She’s not enamored of bench time
Karen Williams was appointed to the US 4th Circuit but never was a state judge I don't think.

Oops. You are correct. My memory is faulty. She was the first woman appointed the the 4th Circuit (US) Court of Appeals and later the chief judge of that Circuit.

If Uconn doesn't get Beers this would be an intriguing one to after. She can step out and shoot the three and she is a shot blocking presense.
Dauda has the tools to be a really good player IMO. Going to a program with more structure and emphasis on rebounding/defense could do wonders for her. Former top 10 or top 15 recruit too.

This is very bad news to me! And shocking. Amina has been a valuable player. With Gaston, Faye and Muhammad gone (Gaston is going to Auburn) Texas suddenly is short on players at the 4/5 spots. And why now?

They want starting minutes and with Moore coming back healthy and better than ever, it means limited playing time for them. Not to mention Taylor Jones is back for a 6th year and you landed top PF in Carlton. Muhammad is a really good player but wasn’t going to get big minutes next year, and probably the same for Gaston.
