For someone that never played basketball seriously, what does 'load the elbows and boxes' and 'load all night to randle' mean?
 
Call it habit if you must, but I was squinting at that picture like a 'Magic Eye' for a solid minute looking for Senhor in the background ...

Basically Randle was the focal point of the defense. Lots of eyes on him and help on him as much as possible. Elbows are the corners of the FT line.

This site does a good job explaining, I think you can substitute "Box" with "Block." http://hooptactics.com/Basketball_Basics_Court_Areas

"Load to" is referring to doubling someone whenever they get the ball in that area. If you re-watch the game whenever Randle got the ball, a guard was digging down and making sure he wasn't free to dribble and spin off his defender and go to the hoop.
 
For a split second, I wondered who #4 for kentucky was . It's still pretty surreal that this was the 4th title in 16 years.
