Great pictures, and I know there are more examples as well. Fact is it is always worrisome for UConn when they have to play a more physical team AND they get referees who "let them play". Baylor got just what it needed - lenient refereeing the whole game and they took advantage of it. So for them to cry about a non-call at the end of the game is disingenuous. You can't have it both ways. If the whole game was called more tightly, UConn wins by a good margin.

would someone please send all this to Michelle Voelpel and Kim Mulkey and ask them to comment. No wait, don't bother, they can't see what they don't want to see. But maybe send them to Andy Landers or Carolyn Peck as past coaches and ask them for an honest answer, on the air. Maybe apologize to the UConn players. Trying to say they were given a win that was actually well earned.

Thanks for sharing the game as it was played. According to some announcers letting the gals play tough was good for not stopping play.
I am so glad that no major injuries occurred because it appeared it was a free for all. UConn earned the win because they scored more points .I commend Geno and his players for toughening it out and staying focused. Speaks well for knowing what lie ahead and not getting caught up in
the atmosphere allowed.
