So, Tremont Waters...
Appropriate that this bled onto the next page. Yes, let's talk about Tremont Waters. So, Tremont Waters...
So, Tremont Waters...

That's not how it works.
I dont think things actually work that way. He has an offer, correct, but I tend to believe its a 2 way street. Meaning he calls Duke "I'm ready to commit" and Duke either says "Terrific can't wait to get you on campus" or says "As of right now we prefer player X it might be in your best interest to wait things out and see if other opportunities are more to your liking"
Another of the national guys just gave us a crystal ball pick.
I guess at this point we should be rooting for Green to sign with Duke & Young to sign with UK so that Waters's decision becomes that much easier. Hopefully we can get him up to campus in the next few weeks and seal the deal.
He's like Bazz. A PG with range, cojones & leadership abilities. Good not great athlete who projects much better as a 4-year college player than a future NBA star or anything. On or off base here?
Never been to Jamaica?
So would I, but kids want playing time. And any kid would be smart to look at the class that comes directly before him and say "Who am I going to have to beat out to get on the court?"I'll play those two together no problem.
Nothing to do with copyright. I want to help guys i get info from with hits.
I never, ever worry about too much talent. Recruit the best guys you can get, and let every thing take care of itself on the court. Let the kids compete, and if guys don't like it enough, they can look for a new situation.
I thought we were getting a vacation from youToo much talent is not usually a problem; guys who don't play well together usually is a problem.
Yup. From what I've heard that's going to be crucial in 4-5 years.Would love to improve our relationship with New Haven

How come? Not doubting, just would like to know reasons.

Can't tell if serious or not?Yup. From what I've heard that's going to be crucial in 4-5 years.
Dwayne Killings watching Expressions Elite right now with KO.
Would love to improve our relationship with New Haven
IMO, it's not as much that smaller guards perform like upperclassmen, but that skilled small guards tend to stick around longer than skilled big ones who often jump to the pros after one to two years.I like two small guards with skills. As the college game has lost talent to the pros over the years, smaller guards with skills have consistently performed as upperclassmen. Small guys generally have a better handle and scoring touch. They also seem to shoot free throws better. I'll play those two together no problem.
I don't think that we're not getting those types of recruits because of not trying to land them, and like everyone else here, I do get excited when I see some top 10 kid interested in UConn. I don't think we can argue with the results we've seen over the past 16 years. With that said, it would be interesting to see KO land a top player or two at their position (like a HamD) while still loading up with as many 2nd and 3rd tier recruits (IDK, say top 30 to 100 types). And Ricky!
