For what it's worth, Alterique Gilbert's 247 Crystal Ball prediction is 100% UConn.

Also, I know it's just high school, but looking at his stats Gilbert has shot 55% from 3 in his HS career on nearly 300 attempts.

Not going to post a link to the other site because it might be against the rules. He seems to have good intel and is pretty plugged in to the program, guessing he saw them scrimmage or heard from someone connected with the team.

I have no specific information about this, but if Gilbert were in position to potentially reclassify, we'd know by now.

Has a Ty Lawson type of game..don't know how fast he is but can handle the ball.

Excellent, the fact they were in to see him this late means cuse fans can't say they moved on from him when he verbals to us.

That sounds great. Seems like some other experts feel the same way, would be a great way to start off a 2016 class that looks extremely promising.

Have you heard any rumblings about Sterling Gibbs. Not necessarily even UConn-centric, but just about him potentially grad-transferring?

Thanks, so piggybacking the theme of rips question let me ask you this - are you hearing UConn associated with Gibbs if he does indeed transfer?
 
Gilbert reminds me of Boat. Not sure if he has the type of athleticism Boat has b/c i don't think ive seen any dunks, but he looks crazy quick with great ballhandling, and impressive defense from some steals in the vid.

Wasn't there a rumor of Sterling Gibbs being on campus last month with Temple Gibbs visiting? I know Sterling said he was returning to Seton Hall, but Zion's comments adds interest. There was definite infighting at Seton Hall this past season between upper classmen & under classmen.... Then the wheels feel off. All speculation, but if Sterling was interested...
