“Sort of like an opposites-attract kind of thing,” Bueckers said. “I’m really outgoing and energetic, a lot of personality. She’s more a quiet, laid-back person. I’m not sure why we mix well together, but we do. It’s sort of like peanut butter and jelly, there has to be a balance of loudness and quietness.”

So... this may turn out to be our starting five:

Announcer: And for Connecticut, it's 6'3, 6'4, and 6'5 in the frontcourt, and peanut butter and jelly in the backcourt!

This is gonna be FUN.

Paige's quote is from Don Amore's column HERE

I have said previously on this forum that since Paige's initials are PB, and since Azzi is known above all for her jump shot ("the J"), the two of them together may naturally be referred to as "PB and the J". Nowadays, they can even be marketed that way.

Sounds good to me Skippy
I was always a fan of Peter Pan PB, and to riff to my favorite quote from that young fellow in green who refused to grow up, “All it takes is faith and trust, oh! and something I forgot, dust.”

Point of info: the "J" in PJ goes back to Jalen Suggs, Paige's good friend from Minn.
PS: In addition to the great impact Slim had last season, recruiting Azzi might be her most important contribution. Either player alone has the talent to lift her team; together we're expecting something, as Nika would say, "out of the roof."

Spread some peanut butter on chicken breasts and bake in the oven...awesome..

I'm thinking more like linguine and Chianti in the back court. Better description for a Coach Geno team!!

Little piece of bread AKA the UConn women's team. ;) Catchy tune. :D

Looking for a season " out of the roof". GO HUSKIES!!

Little known fact: peanut butter was invented in Canada.

Ah, Maybe it is not true after all. Must be miscommunicated information. Certainly the first to patent it.
Don’t take the “goober“ comment personally. it’s a nickname for peanuts.
