OT: Pats v. Chiefs

Mahomes had 11 seconds, with his mobility and being at the 20 you had a chance to get 2 throws off even get a 10 yard throw at the boundary toward the five, I rather lose with Mahomes then rely on the Chiefs D and of course the coin flip, not saying the Chiefs shouldn't have kicked the FG if there was little time left or 4th down.

I don't follow NFL.
He's at the 20 yard line with 16 seconds left and he has the best player in the league and he goes for overtime instead of the win. Dude has coached his whole career afraid of the playoffs/moment. His defense stinks and they go into prevent mode every third and long.

Can't stand the Pats but glad they won, I hate wimps.

Eh, I like the OT rules. All you have to do is not give up a TD.
I hear you but advantage goes to the toss winner, especially if team has fire power offense (and good QB) against a 4 gtr tired defense. I'd change it for playoffs.

You lose money on that game?

No, come on though 11 seconds go for the win how did Clemson beat Bama how did the Eagles beat the Pats they went for the throat, thats what you gotta do against the Pats put the pressure on them.

I forgot that game and I watched it. I'm thinking about dropping my Giants. Irrelevance keeps me in the dark and forgetful.

The Chiefs D was gassed. That was tough for them. It's like the Patriots didn't open it up until the last. Drove me nuts. Heart attack. The INTs were not in the plan. That's what killed their gameplan.

McDaniels was driving me batshite all game

He's right though. They had time for a second attempt. They had the Pats on their heels. You absolutely go for the win there if you trust your QB.

Right your at the 20 you can make one throw and maybe there is 4 seconds left if you dont convert then kick the fg, or a quick throw to the end zone lets say it takes only 3-4 seconds then you have 7 seconds left enough time to do another quick throw to the end zone, or a quick throw to the 5 yard line out of bounds clock stops and you have about 7 seconds at the goal line to make a throw theres only one reason it was close at the end I think we know why.

I wish Mahomes talked Reid into going for it maybe with more experience he gets more power to make that kind of call.

And two uncalled PIs on consequtive plays

The RTP was a ridiculously bad call. On the other hand, the pick play effectively gave KC a TD, and that was preceded by the JC Jackson PI, which may have been PI, but not in this game where mugging was allowed.

Gotta do something about the coin toss
What???? How? There is no football equivalent of a jump ball or a face-off. What is the alternative to a coin toss? Punt, Pass and Kick?
