Interesting question. Paige did use her NIL relationship with StockX to secure high-end basketball shoes for all of her teammates. But I would fear that the type of compensation program you suggest would fall under illegal “booster” activity per NCAA rules.

Such an organization was set up in Sept. 2021 for Oregon led by high end boosters including that sneaker guy, you know who, and low and behold do NCAA inquiry I have heard about.
