It's interesting sometimes in these ads, the players are wearing their uniform uniforms and sometimes they are not. At one point I know you couldn't use school uniforms for NIL, but apparently that has changed.

I never understood the thinking behind the Sue and Diana show being on at the same time as the Championship Game. I enjoy listening to them and they had some interesting guests, but during the game I am concentrating on the game! I only saw their show on DVR sometime afterward.

Don't forget ESPN uses this concept with Peyton and Eli Manning on Monday Night Football. I've never watched it. I'm like you, I watch the games more closely, especially UConn games.
An aside- one concept I did really like was "Players Only" NBA games. Like watching a game with 3 or 4 hall-of-famers on the couch in your living room. Isaiah, Kevin McHale, Steve Smith, Chris Webber. Even interviews were done by ex-players.

It had its moments but way too few. The whole premise was odd/weird. The first one, where they were both wasted, was the best I think.😆
I definitely agree. The other thing was after the first show it was a non-stop parade of celebrity guests, which meant completely losing touch with the game. At least the first time they paid lip service to the game, which was fine, I watched the real broadcast and a day or two later tuned in the Sue and Dee for a few laughs. There were no laughs in the second show, it seemed to me mostly talk about shoes.
