OT: Ozark anyone?

Big fan, who knows when the last season will actually come out now.....I thought I read the last season is going to be broken into two seasons, or did I read that about another show?

I see it while scrolling around never watched tho. Might give it a go now.
 
One season left but it's going to be 14 eposides, I believe. Loved season 1, thought season 2 was pretty good and loved season 3.
They can't go on forever with this storyline realistically, so the fact that season 3 was great and they're honest with themselves about only doing 1 more, I think season 4 is going to be epic.
 
Great show. Like Viking said 1 and 3 super 2 was good still but not quite as. Expect quite a treat for the last.

Amazing how focused Marty remains while the sititsthefan all around him.

I started in on the Last Kindom. Great English vs Danes ~850.

Last kingdom might be my favorite show on Netflix, love it!!!
 
Saw a post (seemed fake) that it wasn't getting another season. That would suck.

Great series. Last season will be 14 episodes, being realized in two parts.

Often been compared to Breaking Bad. Marty is an anti-hero. His situation gets deeper and deeper and he always finds a way out. Glad to see they're going to wrap it up next season and I can only hope it's tight and dramatic rather than drawn out another season or two.
 
Ruth is the bomb!! I love her too. Season 3 was great. Just wait until the last episode.
PS google the actress' Emmy winner speech, she is so different than the character

I never got into Breaking Bad. Marty is different IMO because he is trying to save his family. He is very risk averse and looking for a way out.

First season or so of BB was a bit slow but damn was it worth it to build up to the rest of the series. Incredible writing, acting, everything

Walter White started cooking meth to help his family. He had terminal cancer and no life savings/insurance. It all went downhill from there.

Marty was involved in illegal activity before they came to the Ozarks and I'm not sure I really think he's in this for his family. He's a dirty accountant.

Do you even watch the show? If he stops laundering and he doesn’t grow the business then he is dead and his wife and kids. I think he actually wouldn’t mind it if Wendy died. I think the Birds might have gotten addicted to fighting for their lives and that is another motivation.

Marty clearly wants out.

I do watch the show. But thanks for trying to appear smarter than me.

I’m not convinced he wants out. I think he’s a monster deep down. Like Walter White.
