Is Avenida saying goodbye or so long to Lou?

She has had a phenomenal two year run with them. Two Spanish league titles, two Euroleague Final Fours, a Queen's Cup, playing with Karlie. Teaming up with Tiffany Hayes in year one and Kahleah Copper in year two.

I would love to see her back there but with WNBA rule changes, her own life off the court, or other opportunities, maybe not happening. Nice run though.

With the WNBA prioritization rule Lou's hands might be tied, due to the length of the Spanish season.
Avenida has lost almost all of their front court, Hof-Alaire-Elanu-KLS, plus Copper. Havent seen anything on Fasoula, but she was mostly a sub, although i love her play. Never knew she played for Vanderbilt. A lot of rebuilding to do. I believe they want Karlie back, not sure her status on returning.
Lou's contract for 2023 in WNBA almost doubles her current deal.
Best option might be Australia. Shorter season, in a normal year, regular season ends in February, so plenty of time to get back, even with a playoff. Pay is less but a nice way to spend winter in Australia summer.
