I'd base my projections on the Mazzone era (Wyoming and Vandy). They were very competitive against "average" competition. If TP didn't get hurt they would have gone 1-1. So, beat the bad teams, projecting 500+ (Charlton, Mora > Mazzone, Spanos) against the average teams, and losses against the elite teams.
Bad teams (CCSU, UMass) 2 wins
Average Teams (Utah State, Syracuse, Fresno, FIU, Ball State, BC,Liberty, Army) 4 - 6 wins
Elite Teams ( Michigan, NCState ) 1 win against an overrated NC State team.

Between 7 and 9 wins.

A week away and still considering which way to lean. There are wins on the schedule if things come together but worried about the unsettled QB position and the turmoil on defense with the Spanos departure. The over is +130. Wins against Central, UMASS and anything out of the three pack of Liberty, Ball State and FIU would put it over. They have to go over the win total sometime don't they? Been under for four to five years straight. I know that I'm going to send it in on Utah State. Could get ugly early this weekend in Utah.

I like Mora a lot, but it is going to take time to wash all the Edsall off this team.

Under, with some competitive losses to set us up well for next season.

The app has to be registered in the particular state you are in. Otherwise, if you allow it to see your physical location and you are in a state they are registered in, you should be able to bet.

It’s a tough call - only game that looks like a definite win is CCSU but I’ve learned over the last several years there are no definite wins for this program.

I’m going with the under but wouldn’t be surprised if they win 3 games.
