Our 3 Point Shooting Is Unacceptable

Akok is going to be the starting 4 next season and his shooting is pretty good for his size. So to have that stretch 4 option is gonna be a game changer
what are you basing this on? akok shot 26% from 3 as a freshman. can we hope for anything better than ~30% next year? that would still be significantly worse than whaley (35%), so it's likely the shooting in our frontcourt will actually be worse than it was if akok starts

this is a scary problem. i dont think aj and akok can be the two starting forwards alongside sanogo. maybe if akok had 2.5 healthy seasons under his belt hurley figured he'd be approaching 40% by the time he was a redshirt junior...but this frontcourt does not fit together well offensively

shooting isnt just about 3 pointers... its about his ability to make a mid range jumper away from the rim or around the rim touch. thats his game

shooting is mainly about 3 pointers in todays game. akok also didnt shoot any better than poppers from mid range so either way the point stands
