South Carolina's Leslie Grissett showing that freshmen can indeed make impacts. She started for Wilson tonight at Vanderbilt, went 11-12 from the floor for 22 points and 9 rebounds.

Not surprised by her play as she was highly rated coming out of high school. She's a true athlete who reminds me a lot of Gabby Williams and will only get better with more reps!

Gorecki had her career high with 28pts.... 7-10 from three..... added 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal... and 1 turnover. The Girl can play :)

Was happy to see her and Jennings both go off with big performances.

Yet another injury though -- this time to Ty Harris.

With the victory over VPI last night... Duke extended its 72 game winning streak vs teams from the state of Virginia. The VPI announcers mentioned that last night......

I have my days where I like South Carolina and other days I don't. I am happy for them to actually have players step up in Wilson's absence. That should help with their confidence moving forward in the season.

Serious?

She rolled her ankle last night and didn't return to the game. In the post game presser Dawn said she was fine and wanted to return but they were going to play it safe and keep her out until Sunday.

If you put together a team with just the injured players & walking wounded from SC, ND and UConn, you would have a National Championship caliber team.
