Yes, we all know about the Louisville vs. ND game tonight, which is why it has its own thread-nuf ced.
However, there are some other early conference match-ups theat will offer a glimpse into the realities of each conference.
#16 Kentucky at #13 Tennessee-I think KY is the better team and tonight we shall see, Go Wildcats
#17 Iowa at Purdue-I thought Purdue would be better given their effort against UConn, but alas, they have proven they only "got-up for UConn" like so many others-see St.Johns, Houston, Baylor, Oklahoma. Anyway this is a chance for Iowa to prove it can win on the road in the Big10 and further establish itself as one of the top 2 teams in the conference
Georgia at #7 Mississippi State-Georgia played well last year and was ranked to start the season and for some reason, haven't really meshed. This is still a talented team and good game tonight could vault them back into relevance.
Arkansas vs. Missouri-while both are unranked, the Sophie watch is on-how many fouls does she actually get called for vs. impart on the Razorbacks. A good week by this group of Tigers may put them back into the top 25.
Duke at Georgia Tech-I put this on here for our Dookie pals (@triaddukefan @CamrnCrz1974 ) just to note that a loss would truly make them irrelevant at 0-3 in conference play...ouch, Come on Blue Devils!

Hey VG, do we know who will be announcing the game-Adam and Kara or the dreaded 3 head booth with Rebecca included? I am not a fan of Amin but the broadcast is at least tolerable when it's only Kara and he. I like Rebecca in studio but with her at the game the announcing, the group overlooks the action far too many times that they miss key elements or gloss over action, and says really irrelevant points that are frustrating to us actually watching the game.

Quinnipiac over Marist 52-39 (game on ESPNU now) after 3Q. Marist is #1 and Quinnipiac is #2 in the MAAC so beating Marist at their place would be a big win.

Best player McClure however has 4 fouls and is on the bench

Miami was hurt by the absence of Mompremier, but gotta give Clemson and Amanda Butler lots of credit for this turnaround.

I'm a Southern Comfort man myself. Took a liken to it when I was stationed at Fort Polk, LA, that or bad beers (3.2%), was what the CSM would serve at his Senior NCO get together's. Coming from 6 1/2 years of good European beers, I had to have the Comfort.
