OT Where is the best burrito in CT?

May I ask, given the simplicity of a burrito, what separates great from good?

Great criteria for burritos:

1. Burrito is constructed well and does not fall apart 3 bites in
2. Main ingredient is plentiful - if chicken there is plentiful chicken
3. Rice and beans are not overcooked - beans should be moist but neither crunchy nor mushy
4. Flavor - all ingredients meld to one consistent umami
5. Cheese - melted but not burnt nor burns you
6. Salsa is not too watery - somewhat thick like maple syrup from Vermont

That is my criteria for a great burrito - sadly it is becoming like a unicorn here in Jersey City.

Burrito Loco in Parkville Market does a tremendous birria taco. I never had their burrito but I imagine it has to be pretty good.
