Syracuse had something similar....but it was Bernie Fine crouched over and the freshmen had to do the slapping. It would later be opened up to the upperclassmen but strictly optional. He did not want to come off weird.

When I saw the title to this thread I fully expected to see an article on how there is a constant supply of hookers in Kentucly's locker room.
