He is a labradoodle. Cute as a button and super sweet to boot. Geno is a great idea. I'm going to wait a week or two on naming him to see if he names himself (based on his personality etc)..

...and really any standards that once applied to that name are no longer relevant.I suggest Jonathan.
He's cute! A lady at my dad's work's dog had 13 labradoodle pups.
Don't do that. My sister did that with her cats. They ended up being named Irving and Sh|t Head.I'm going to wait a week or two on naming him to see if he names himself (based on his personality etc)..
If the puppy is male, you could always commemorate a standout, personal favorite, and/or someone the puppy resembles/reminds you of, from one of the UConn men's BBall championship teams.Great names, sawxfan! Last October I got a new kitten, an adorable little tuxedo boy. I gave him his choice of 2 names: When I asked him, "Is your name Dustin?", he had zero reaction. "Is your name Koji?" PURR PURR head butt PURR PURR head butt Honest!! So he obviously became Koji!Cute pup! I am a fan of Geno for the name but then again my three pets are named Pedey after Dustin Pedroia, Papi after David Ortiz, and Pesky after Johnny Pesky so I am a little partial.
