OT: We need more cowbell?

Since the Rent's opening, UConn has prohibited noisemakers at football games, It has been a UConn policy only as they are not prohibited when the Rent hosts high school games. Last season, the public address announcer started telling the fans to shake their keys.
Today the dynamic changed. Sitting across the aisle from me were parents & midget league players from the Watertown-Oakville league. One of the tykes was enthusiastically ringing a cowbell.
Has UConn rescinded the noisemaker prohibition?

I’ll tell you what, when the weather drops below 50 F and you get a hoard of drunk idiots to stomp those bleachers, it gets LOUD. Get some steel toes and let a rip.

There’s a few bleachers in 107 that are loose, those things sing when stomped properly.
