They are. They do game the system by taking wealthy students from Asia which increases their average test scores and reduces their acceptance rate.

Actually, allowance for any form of affirmative action is prohibited by law in CA. As a consequence, decisions are academic merit based. American Asians as a group score significantly higher than white and black peers.

Ivy League has 8 in the top 14!
