Is that supposed to be a burn? You understand that as Redskins' fan living in CT, I have zero impact on the games, right? You should also understand that the goal is to win the Super Bowl, not get to the NFC Championship game.

Besides, I have the utmost confidence that the Redskins are in better shape than the Cowboys going forward, based on what they did last year. RGIII does have to learn to avoid contact at the pro level, but I don't expect the knee to affect him very far into the new season, if at all. Unlike many other mobile QB's he's a QB who can move instead of a runner who can throw.
I am a Giants fan, not a Cowboys fan.

I know the goal is to win the SB, like Eli has twice, my comment was made because of your dig on Eli.

My digs on Eli? I said one thing about Eli (the "s" following dig implies more than one) and it was also a compliment (backhanded, certainly, but still a compliment) at Romo's expense.

Put a different way: Manning has had 28 game winning drives and 24 comeback wins since 2004. Why do you think he has so many at such a relatively young age? It stands to reason that mistakes were made earlier in the game, no?

"There is no statistical way, of course, to prove an intangible quality like QB clutchness, but fourth quarter comebacks are one valuable metric. It measures how a quarterback rises to the occasion, even though it may also reflect shoddy defense, a poor first half showing and luck."

Young Elisha has 24 INT's in the games where he has engineered a 4th qtr. game winning drive.

Also, I have every confidence that the Skin's will be better off going forward than New York as well. Especially considering that they come out from under the colusive cap penalties initiated by New York's administration.
