Princess Bride

"Now go away before I fart in your general direction"
Not quite exactly right, but close enough - Monty Python and the Holy Grail

In the spirit of The Preakness...

"To win? I said *place*! "Place it on Lucky D-" That horse is gonna run second!"

Blazing Saddles.

"You know how to whistle, don't you Steve? Just put your lips together and blow."

.-.
Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb

"Look, it tells time simultaneously in Monte Carlo, Beverly Hills, London, Paris, Rome, and Gstaad"

Trading Places

"I take you for a glass-half-empty kinda guy."

Blazing Saddles.

"You know how to whistle, don't you Steve? Just put your lips together and blow."

Murder by Death (also) Nope.

"You're trying to pick a fight, and I'm just happy you're alive."

Everyone know this one, because it is probably the greatest single line in the history of movies;
"I'll have what she's having."

"When Harry met Sally" and I have seen it in another movie but can't remember which movie. It might have been a spoof movie.

"Here's Johnny!"

Care to play?

"Easy miss, I've got you."

"You...you've got me?! Who's got you?!

ID it and put in one of your own.
Superman? Margot Kidder, I think.

Here's mine….

"Your gonna have a shiner there. Let me get my bag"
"Never mind doc, doesn't hurt a bit"

name the movie, the actors, and give a brief synopsis of the scene.

Burt Lancaster, Gunfight at OK Corral

Toy Story
but either left out "sad" or I am wrong

"shakin' it here boss"

You're right -- didn't feel correct so I enjoyed watching the movie again. I left out the "sad".

"What do you want me to do, kill him again?"

And the same actor, different movie, when asked "Are you looking for something?" answered with

"Nope, just looking."

Toy Story?

From one of my favorite movies:

"You just can't stay seventeen forever."
Well, I guess my quote stumped everyone, or was just too esoteric. It's from American Graffiti, George Lucas' first major film. It is spoken by Steve Bolander ( played by Ron Howard) to Curt Henderson ( played by Richard Dreyfuss). It is extremely ironic, since Dreyfuss was 29 at the time, playing a 17 year old. So, I guess if you're a good actor, you CAN stay seventeen for a long time...

The entire quote is "We're finally getting out of this turkey town, and now you wanna crawl back into your cell, right? You wanna end up like John? You just can't stay seventeen forever."
