Here is something from this Century, even decade. A couple of them might have even been born in this century.

The Skins - Killer

.-.
Company of Thieves - Delta Saints (this century too )

Here is Joan Baez singing a Dylan written song about a bank robbery, a murder, and more. It is a complex long plot for a song, but intelligible ... after all it was Dylan ;) I also supplied links to background info (a detailed wikipedia entry) and lyrics (worth a skim). The lyrics, when read to Baez by Dylan, supposedly inspired her to write the classic "Diamonds and Rust".

Lyrics for "Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts" by Bob Dylan

Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

.-.
A whole song about robbing a bank....unsuccessfully.

Get 'em Up - Nickelback

Another Johnny Cash song - Cocaine Blues (all about killing his old lady)

Vicki Lawrence "The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia"

I still can't believe they made a movie out of that song....

.-.
I read Jims post and I was confusing Crash with Clash but my son is a big fan of I fought the Law and Bankrobber.

Wow, can't believe we haven't gotten to this one yet.

Take the Money and Run - Steve Miller Band

The Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar - I Can't Drive 55.

.-.
Must have broken the law. He's Wanted Dead of Alive

Bon Jovi

"Yea I shot em down one by one, left them by the rails":

I had to put her six feet under, and I can still hear her complain.
