OT: Packers / Viking game ?

Very important game for both teams this Sunday. Packers for # 2 seed in NFC and Vikings for spot in playoffs. Does anyone know if this game will be televised in the Hartford area ?

Doesn't the NFL alternate the station that has 2 games? Last week FOX had 2 games so I think CBS gets 2 this week. We will definitely get the Giants at 1PM on FOX and the Pats at 4PM on CBS. I think we will get the Jets at 1PM on CBS.

Late Fox games are MIN v. GB, AZ v. SF and STL v. SEA. All 3 are important. SEA and SF both have a shot at the NFC West title and first round homefield. But MIN v. GB is the most compelling matchup talent wise and also has a playoff spot (for MIN) and first round bye (for GB) potentially on the line.

Given there is no regional tie to any of these games I assume we will get the Vikings/Packers game.

Really? I don't remember that from past years. If that's the case, I suspect FOX will air the Giants/Eagles and Vikings/Packers games while CBS will carry Texans/Colts and Patriots/Dolphins.

It's virtually certain that everyone outside of the markets showing their local game will receive the Packers @Vikings. The other two listed Fox games just do not have much going for them.

My brother, (Steeler fan), was in Green Bay this past weekend and he bought me what they sell as a novelty item out there - a Brett Favre Vikings' jersey.
