It also depends what tees you play from. If I'm playing a 3 or 4 club challenge from the tips, club selection would be different than from white or blue tees.

Hmm. One more club and this would be easy. Then I could carry a driver and putter. But scoring happens on the green. So:

19 degree 3 hybrid, 6 iron, approach wedge, putter.
