OT- On the Bright Side... Kentucky Board is completely Imploding

Yep, checked it out last night. They want a resignation. Love it...

Best thing from last night was Kentucky losing so that's all I heard on sports radio this morning instead of coverage on the two 12 vs 5 upsets!

BBN can suck a fat one. But I don't blame them for wanting a coach who can actually coach. Kentucky recruits itself, you don't need Calipari to get you top 3 classes every single year. He's a bum considering the sheer amount of talent he's had walk through his doors over the past decade +

.-.
There was a time before Cal that Kentucky was losing in the NIT. But anyone with any competence should be able to field a championship level team at KY.

If you think we've underachieved lately, UK's gone a decade without an NC even with the Squid pulling in McD's All-Star level talent every year.

Just checked back in here for kicks, and boy these guys hate calipari more than we do.

They think his in game coaching sucks, they don’t like that they’re having players transfer, and they’re not happy about not closing on anyone in the portal while Musselman outshines them.

Hmm

Entitled BBN is a sight to behold, especially after a loss. I despise Calipari so I’m here for it!

Wow. They refer to him as CCC. Can't Coach Cal. One poster commented on how a 1st year coach taught Cal how to beat St Peters. Another poster chimed in that he didn't learn anything after losing to Kevin Ollie. Brutal. In fact, some posters are suggesting Kevin Ollie as a replacement for CCC.

When Kentucky broke through with Anthony Davis there were smart people who said Calipari would probably win three or four more in the coming years. Never happened. The NCAAs are hard.
And Davis was a rare talent as a freshman, the only other freshman I can think of that led a team to a title is Carmelo.

Kentucky fans are as stupid as we always thought they were.

I am very content with the current state of kentucky basketball, I honestly don't think of them much and don't hate them that much anymore. Would hate them again if they get a young energetic coach though

Would anyone be surprised if any year now calipari finds an excuse to bolt and they throw some ungodly sum at musselman?

Calipari’s buyout is $52M…Not even joking lol

He has an unreal deal. Whenever he gets sick of their fan base he slides into a no show gig with the athletic department that pays him a million bucks a year for as long as he wants it.

Never Nervous Pervis
He played well in the title game. To say he carried the team through the tournament like Carmelo and Davis is a bit much. That team had a few future pros on it. Ellison wasn't even their leading scorer.

Why would Kentucky and Kansas give chuckleheads like Calipari and Self those kind of deals when they could get any coach they want any time they want?

He was the MOP. And the leader of that team. Do your homework.

Defensively he lead them. People forget he was like the 4th or 5th leading scorer on that team too.

Please go back and watch the tournament games that Lville played that year - I would think that you will change your mind

The guy was the MOP. He was a beast. The OP probably wasn’t born when it happened so he won’t acknowledge it.

People probably forget that because he led the team in scoring
