i dont see that that was all him. look up "victors dunk" on yt it shows the replay in slow mo on the scoreboard and he definitely doesnt catapult off anything. this kid has some serious ups. might be best dunk ive ever seen.

Watch it again and concentrate on the second right before he dunks. He places his foot at the kids belt line and rises about a foot after already reaching the apex of his original dunk.

EDIT: After watching it again from another angle it looks like he steps on the guys arm and when the defender raises his arm it launched the kid up about a foot.
