You presuppose that Warde is thinking here. That's quite a stretch. I wouldn't trust this guy to hire somebody to take out my garbage.

So he waits till next year for a coach. Oh. He goes and try's to pry Billy away. Or Billy has made it known he's going to get fired, next year, so come give me an offer for this year.

If this is s possibility his agent would reach out. Maybe it's happen maybe not. But OKC has bigger problems the old Billy.

I think Cooley is okay but his ceiling isn’t anywhere close to Beilein’s. It would make me really happy if this was another UCLA situation hire (if it happens).

Why? Ed Cooley has exceeded expectations every step of the way. Donovan was unrealistic. I understand the Howard ties but lets be real, this past player hire has not worked out so well pretty much everywhere.
