Shouldn't the wife have at least told her husband that she has had extensive plastic surgery?I want to see that guy's picture.
BTW, he is a....

Blameless? What should she be blamed for - being born less than perfect? No wonder we have teenaged girls starving themselves to death to fit society's definition of "beautiful".while I agree the lawsuit is unusual, the wife is not blameless here.

She wasn't completely honest about her past with her husband.
While I think the man is the lowest form of life here, I think FASTEDDY has a point. She wasn't completely honest about her past with her husband. Should she have gotten a lawsuit because of it? No, I don't think so. But I think when it comes to relationships, there are always going to be consequences when you aren't truthful with your partner.
Again, I note: she had $100k of plastic surgery. And we're not talking Beverly Hills. It's 100k of Chinese plastic surgery. They could probably make the entire Boneyard look like Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie for $100k total.
This is my point exactly.
Had the wife been upfront and told him that she had such extensive plastic surgery then he would not be expecting a gorgeous baby. Thats all I am saying and not making any connections to society's view of what beauty is or girls starving themselves. That has no connection to this story. No one forced his wife to get the surgery. She got the work done and could atleast have told her life partner that she did so. Simple.
Brain. This is going to be a male vs female debate so we might as well end it now. GENERALLY I believe men are going to feel the wife was in the wrong, while women feel like the guy is a jerk. Different perspectives. Woman tend to think with their feelings, emotions and heart, while men tend to think with their...well, let's just say another organ that is unique to their gender.
I find this pretty sad, and though I am a male, I agree with those who think the husband is a shallow twit. But we are talking about a different culture and a different legal system so I will try to not judge too harshly.
I am not one who thinks that babies are automatically cute, but that didn't stop my wife and I from entering our oldest daughter into the "cutest baby in Appleton (WI)" contest because Jenna was undeniably, certifiably cute. Darn but the voting must have been rigged because she didn't win!

Saying women think with their feelings, emotions and heart is so untrue. Unless you mean women want wealth and/or health.Woman tend to think with their feelings, emotions and heart, while men tend to think with their...well, let's just say another organ that is unique to their gender.
