Hopefully the two will meet again in Memphis for the rubber match and the conference tournament title...

Hopefully, not so much -- I'm sure there's another place for you two to have this conversation...

I like the way we've been playing lately, but Louisville has been a terrible matchup for us over the last several years.

2013-14: Lost at home by 12
2012-13: Lost at home by 15
2011-12: Lost on the road by 21

Whether in terms of coaching, style of play, toughness, or skill, they've had our number. I think we'll be able to do better than the previous 3 games, but to beat a team, on the road, that we've scarcely been competitive with is a very tall order.

The way that trend is going, I'd say we are due for a win.

except BE final 2011

This is a bad outcome for anyone with long-term interest in the AAC. It will be embarrassing for the conference if its first champion is a team on its way out.

Furthermore, it would have been more compelling for our home game against Cincy to come against a potentially top-5 team, rather than 10-12. FWIW, I don't think we have a chance @Louisville, so them being ranked higher doesn't do anything for our "quality win" profile.
I don't care who won this game
All I care about is what UConn does the next few weeks
Cinci and Lville mean nothing to me unless the Huskies are the opposition
