I don't think anybody disputes that, it's just mind-boggling that he can't get himself eligible when it boils down to something as easy to avoid as weed.

At this point it doesn't matter, but from what I've read, you have to be a world class moron to end up in the drug program in the ffirst place. Until you are in the program you only get tested once per year and you know when it will be, maybe not THE day, but the basic timeframe. You could basically smoke like a fiend for 11 months of the year, get clean for the month before the test and nobody would be the wiser.

Once you're in, then you would be screwed, tho. Just dumb.

The caveat to that is, if you could end up in the program based on what happened before he got to the NFL, he would be screwed either way.
