There is a course in the area called Pine Needles. Don't know anything about the course except that 3 or 4 club pros from the Connecticut worked there including Julius Boros. Enjoy your trip and keep it in the short grass.

Anyone have any good suggestions for midwest courses. Specifically northern midwest courses. Minnesota, North and South Dakota...maybe Nebraska.

Around Minneapolis, Links at Northfork, Willingers, Edinborough USA, Bunker Hills and Baker County National were very good 20 years ago. I'd avoid Pebble Creek and Wedgwood at Prestwick.
