Just for any baseball fans of the 70s early 80s I was able to play golf yesterday with a couple of ex-baseball greats. Roger Bidwell, also a legend in the coaching world at Avery Point, as well as Tom Capalbo who was ECAC player of the year in his heyday. Both great baseball players and even better guys we had a blast down at Pawtucket CC in RI..I got to know these guys back in the day playing against them when they played with the New London Vagabonds and later met Tom through business.
