I do like that about him, and I do like watching him play. And yes, he is the best player in the league (sorry KD & TD*). He's definitely grown as a player, both skill and maturity wise over his career. You can't say that about every guy.
I will hold on to my assertions that he is a dooche off the court. Not a bad guy at all, but a dooche. Also, I don't like the flops in the least.
*TD does not get enough props in those conversations. IMO, best power forward to play the game. Dirk, at his peak, was up there too. Amazing to have both those guys playing at the same time.
You could make a pretty good argument that, at one point, the five best power forwards in history were all in the league together. In the late 90s, after Dirk, Duncan, and Garnett got in, before Barkley and Malone retired. That's probably my top-5.
