man if you don't unquote me in your childish nonsense...

cause what they are doing is NONE of the W's business...

do your job tell you what to do in your private life... or are you old enough to work?
Most pro athletes have clauses in their contracts that specify certain codes of conduct outside of their job. The NFL (LOL) had a player conduct policy and I'm sure the WNBA does as well. When the athlete signs his or her contract with a pro team, he or she agrees to abide by a certain code of conduct. We could argue about whether this is reasonable or not, but that's how it is.

If I am representing the company's image, yes, my company will tell me what to do and what not to do....

Yes, my company definitely will ask if I am old enough to work (if they suspect), although they may not ask my age.

Glad I scrolled.. saved me the morals clause, brings disrepute to team/league thing for the Daddy...who is off his usually superb game on this one.

ok... so why haven't they said anything as the original question asked.

having a baby, not having a baby... marriage no marriage is in their clause? I understand the fighting/arrest, code of conduct etc.

can they tell you to marry or not marry... baby or no baby (if course it depends on the occupation)?

you guys are talking about crimes (that punishment has been handed out) ... Im talking about having a baby, getting married, asking for an annulment of the marriage etc. didnt see that in the NFL Policy, just a bunch of arrest

This article implies that Glory and Brit agreed to start a family, so they would have needed a donor. I just have a hard time believing that BG would agree to a planned pregnancy and then walk away so quickly. I have to wonder if the pregnancy wasn't a surprise, thus prompting BG to file for an annulment.
did u see the pic of BG cuddling her belly... seems happy and aware to me?

I was responding to this:

Pro athletes' private lives aren't exempt from scrutiny from their employers, that was the point.

but to be so public and to be ridiculed and the butt of everyone's jokes.....
Yea, well they brought a lot of that on themselves.

Probably best they shut up, quit doing interviews, quit tweeting, quit instagramming and just get their lives figured out. Not sure who their agent/publicist is but they need to be fired (or quit if they are actually not being listened to).

"It seems that the height of the problem, per a report, is Glory Johnson-Griner's pregnancy -- and the fact that it has no biological connection to Griner."

Wait that was surprising to Griner? Oh man, hang on it's going to be an interesting ride.

She also looked happy to be married and that turned out not to be true as she is saying that she wanted to postpone the wedding. I have a theory about what caused the fight they had and how the pregnancy comes into play. Don't you find it interesting that these two who share almost every detail of their lives had never discussed publically that they were looking into their options when it comes to having a child? I think this pregnancy was a surprise.

I interpret this as BG being surprised by the fact that Glory is pregnant.

"In short, it seems like Griner is suggesting they were not on the same page when it came to the pregnancy."

Ummmm I think I read that they were looking at options... but she still cuddling her belly, looks aware and happy to me. If you had a problem with it would u be taking pics as such

Griner said she was surprised by the timing of Johnson's announcement, not the content.

Another rumor circulating is that the child may be Griner's biologically.... Is that possible?

We will probably have a few more rounds of "she said/she said." Does anybody really care? I mean, outside of ESPN?

Yes, it is possible if Johnson is serving a surrogate.

She never said that she was surprised by the "timing" of the announcement Fagan said "Glory announced last week that she is pregnant, was that a surprise?" The question is a bit ambiguous because it can be interpreted that she was surprised that Glory announced it last week or that it was a surprise that she is pregnant.

I think it's ambiguous in terms of whether Brit was surprised by the pregnancy itself of the timing of the announcement.

I give Brit credit for talking about it publicly and saying that she needed to get herself right before starting a union.

Best wishes to both of them and especially to the baby!

Some new info I guess on paternity - whose egg, etc.

"In court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Griner says she has NO biological connection to the baby ... and she doesn't know any of the key details about Johnson's pregnancy.

In short, it seems like Griner is suggesting they were not on the same page when it came to the pregnancy.

Griner also says the marriage to Johnson is based on "fraud and duress" -- because Griner was "pressured into marriage under duress by [Johnson's] threatening statements."

Griner does not specify the nature of the threats.

Griner also says there was fraud -- but does not say why. It seems to be related to the pregnancy.

As for the fetus, Griner does not say if she wants to have any type of parenting arrangement with the child. "

Im still waiting on the WNBA to drop the hammer on their marriage and Glory's child

How are they going to do that? The WNBA has no control over them getting married or Glory being pregnant.

Glory nor BG should be talking about it on social media... giving the W a bad image, talking about marriage or the baby carriage
