Good move.

Today BG says the she and Glory agreed last Wednesday to separate, divorce or annul. But, also today, Glory says she was "blindsided and hurt" by Brittney filing to annul.

I am guessing that BG found out that the child is not hers. It would appear that BG was surprised by the pregnancy. A surprise pregnancy is not a challenge that most gay couples have to face and it appears it is one that BG was not prepared for.
