YAHOO! will be streaming the NFL game in London this Sunday.The NFL is mostly broadcast over the air and lives in another ratings dimension from college sports.

I wouldn't be shocked to see the Networks keep their deals richer than ESPN. Good way to steal some of that content back.
I like SVP but his sportscenter is horrible!! Waste of time and $$$.
This is another blow to CT as people are leaving the state in droves. Hope those laid off can find work, tough to sell a bome in winter.
Espn is a mess, it's like MTV when they stopped focusing on music.
ESPN has booked a lot of very long term deals. They saw the "content" issue many years ago and have been working toward that since almost day 1. I will say that schools and their leagues have gotten somewhat out-of-control. They may be killing that golden goose. I feel badly for anyone that was caught up in this round of layoffs.
