Manziel

If you're not watching this you should be. Didn't give them much of a chance but he's taken charge. Passing, running, fakes. He's even the best cheerleader out there. It's like he's frozen the defense with his running so when he hands the ball off the D is already 2 steps behind. Better than Flutie?

He is very very fun to watch and he is only a freshman

He's a freak.

Oklahoma is so afraid of looking stupid missing a tackle on him that they've almost stopped trying.

I blame P for not recruiting a Johnny Manziel-type quarterback for us.

.-.
You didn't give Texas A&M much of a chance against Oklahoma? Were you caught in a time warp where Mike Sherman was still coaching A&M and were unaware of what's happened on a football field in 2012? They were only favored by 3.5....

its the first time I have seen Manziel and im very impressed. Oklahoma and Bob Stoops are $hitting their pants again in a bowl game. I wish we had halfway decent offense against them in the fiesta bowl.

Yeah if only UConn had a freshman Heisman Trophy winner - I'd like to see that too.

I knew A@M was better this year talent and experience. Saw them play more than once. Guess I thought OK was going to make it tougher on JM. He's a RS Freshman in a huge game, even if it is kind of a home game. Oops another TD!

They were favored and the Big 12 has been shown to have no clothes in bowl season.

The 2 bowl games I was most looking forward to.....this and the Fiesta......neither close.

boy oh boy i can't wait to post the final score of this game on the wvu board

Can't say I picked Louisville but I thought they had a chance, thought Florida was very overrated all year and knew Bridgewater would be the best player on the field.

My first time seeing Manziel, too, and he is amazing. Goes from zero to thirty in a second.

Couldn't be bothered watching, but the news that OU is getting beat warms my heart. I'll never stop rooting against those a$$h0les.

any particular reason why is it because they beat us in the fiesta bowl, just curious

I went over to LandThieves... some of the comments are amusing. UConn fans would love to trade the past decade with OU fans, but it's eerie how the negativity sounds very similar:

Have you been paying attention to the slow, steady decline? This team is terrible and one man is ultimately responsible. I just watched an abortion of a 3rd quarter by the worst defense since the Blake era. What's your excuse for the defensive performances over the past three years, not to mention the glaring lack of talent. Are the fans responsible for those deficiencies?

I echo many of the others here. If I hear people bring up the 90s again I am gonna ****ing kill something. I also happen to remember the 70s and 80s. The first 4/5ths of the 2000's. THIS is pure shit we are seeing now. This is a fat cat coach that's taking care of his buddies. Not a worry in the world. We are average. Period. And nothing is gonna change until he runs some of these assistants out of town or leaves himself. That's it.

We are very lucky UT has stuck with their piece of shit or we would be getting drubbed by them every year. But Mack will be gone soon. Bob won't be gone until he chooses to or Joe C leaves. He's got his security blanket.

OP is a ****got, no other words. Shut the **** up and realize we are shit and getting our shit pushed up in yet another bowl game.

Stoops doesn't have it anymore, enjoy being better than the 90s. We are a joke on the college football scene

Expectations. Both are rightfully frustrated.

They did beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Playing Choklahoma in the Cotton Bowl was procedural.

Actually that just proves I'm nuts. You missed on that one. But yes, Florida was overrated and I bought into some Okla hype not really having seen them.
