His hands and Little offensive game were always the problem .
He is typical of a kid who comes to the game later in his physical development.
He was a soccer player , not really even a natural GK but a field player which accounts for his excellent footwork . They stuck him in goal when he got too tall . If he switched at 11-12 to goal it would have been interesting.
Wasn’t he the guy that use to work out with the soccer team as a field player. It would be interesting to see a 7 ft guy at the 9 spot. A header off the high cross would be unstoppable.
