Here's one for you. I saw the original Star Wars in the movie theater that was in Westfarms mall. Never saw a single second of another Star Wars movie.

Sad. But good call Chin. When I was a kid I had a dentist who died one week after his wife.

Definitely sad and every year there's a few stories of couples married for 50+ years dying within a day or two of each other.

When an 84 year old has a stroke within a day of her 60 year old daughter dying you know there's a heavy heart; sometimes the body just knows when it's time.

If I were more introspective and had any depth I'd make a play for the "She just needed to outlive her sometimes troubled daughter by a day" type post. But that's not something I have the capability of doing.
