Dom Amore: This ex-UConn women’s star could be WNBA’s best comeback story
Dom Amore with his magical prose.
Dom Amore with his magical prose.
She finally looks fully healthy. A lot of WNBA games in the first month look sloppy. Between the slow return of players from other leagues and all the personnel changes teams look like they need longer training camps. Plus the allowance of the more physical play can make it tough to watch.Bria's performance this year has been very good. After being out for 2 years (I think) her return at this level is remarkable. I hoped she could return at the same level she was at before her injury, but I think she's better. She and Liv (along with Saniya Rivers defense) have been real bright spots for the Sun. 'Sun spots', if you will.![]()
