OT: Best High School Movie

Seems like this has to be done after seeing the college movie thread. I suspect this will not have as clear cut of an answer as Animal House. Anything from the 80s involving John Hughes will probably get consideration. Maybe this one.

This was a fun movie and full of quotable lines.

Not only my favorite high school movie, it’s one of my favorite movies ever. I still quote it regularly. And it’s a film that no studio would green light nowadays.

This one spoofed pretty much every other high school movie that had come before. Particularly "She's All That" which was so silly it was practically a spoof of itself.



Chris Evans has come a LONG way since then. Hard to believe that's him.
