But you know Baylors punishment will be minimal if anything.Maybe the lesson for Baylor (and programs like Baylor) is that they be terminated from the Big 12 and placed on the death penalty for a period of 5 years. Then the B12 expansion can be Houston, Cincy AND UConn. Problem solved.
