Turned on the GoDaddy Bowl for a few minutes before going to bed and heard the sideline reporter talking to Ark St next HC. They then said that he'll be their 5th coach in 5 years. How the heck is that possible? How do you get any recruits? How do you remain successful enough that your coaches get better jobs after a year? Unreal....I know they play in the Sun Belt but winning a conference is a solid year no matter what. (I think they won the Sun Belt but maybe not....)

Yeah, off the top of my head Guz Malzahn, and the new Boise coach. It's been well documented. Feel for them though.

They pushed Steve Roberts out after like a decade.

Then, they signed and lost Hugh Freeze (Ole Miss), Malzahn and Harsin.

Now they have Blake Anderson and probably hope to keep him for more than a year.

You gotta feel for the Assistants. Every year the HC moves on and might take one or two with them but in the end, those staffs end up on the streets hoping to end up at new schools...tough way to go about life.
