OT: Any ideas on how to get Book of Mormon tickets somewhat resonable

Hi. I'm bringing my family to NYC Thanksgiving Week and they are asking to see the Book of Mormon play. I know its all sold out but paying $250-$300 a ticket online does not inspire me. Do I just show up and try and scalp 2-4 tickets day of the show? tia

No. There is really no good way. That show is too hot and that is a popular time.

Watch out for scalpers. They make excellent duplicate tickets that will deceive the unsuspecting. NYC is not the place to get scalpers tickets.

They do release some tickets the day of the show, but there is a line/lottery. I'm sure you can google about it to find out. Wicked, Jersey Boys, Lion King, and Spider-Man are all worth seeing and should have tickets available.
