Maryland attempted a FG that was probably around the same distance and UConn stuck a return guy around the 5 yd line who tried to run it back instead of letting it die harmlessly giving us the ball on the 35 yd line. He got leveled on like the 10.

Again, I said he runs the best system and gets 5* players at virtually every position. I don't think he is the best in-game coach and his play calling is suspect in spots and to be honest I watched some thinking I can see why this wouldn't have worked in league.

I didn't critize his accomplishments. He reminds me of the squid in a sense, failed in pros, best programs and load up talent and unsure where to rank their actual coaching abilities as the best.

You're talking about the guy who was going for his third straight national championship, right? Just so we're clear.

No, but the HC needs to know all the packages and direct certain changes, adjustments.

The guy is a legendary college coach, but it's obvious to me why his act didn't play in the NFL.

You said he's play calling was suspect not packages and adjustments. Which packages did you think were an issue?
