I am looking for a small present to give each of my students. I have over 100 students, so I am only looking to spend a couple bucks each.

Any suggestions for something that may be popular with kids at this point?

10 year old kids.

Candy!

or bands for the Rainbow loom-they make bracelets with them

A simple scratch off lotto ticket? Not sure if that would be considered in poor taste. What kind of students, are they 18?

Do you have a dollar store nearby? Could get a nice variety of cheap toys or gifts there, if you manage to avoid lead-painted Chinese-made items. Get a nice big Santa-bag and let them pull something at random :)

Great stuff for a teacher to give students. I got out for under $250.

Tom....you either need a bigger budget....or less students.

Give them something they really want.

1. A chance to drop a bad grade
2. A re-do on a homework or quiz

Costs you nothing and puts the ball in their court to put in the effort to improve their grades.

Give them pictures of their moms.

How about get a gross of condoms and let them pick their colors? The parents would thank you for thinking about their children's future................................ (it could happen).
