Great game on ESPN full court. OSU leads 73-66 but Connecticut native Ashley Perez is putting on a 3 point shooting clinic in the second half 5-6 and 15 points. Sweet stroke.

Can't remember if UCONN looked at her. Fun to watch.

Perez with another 3 and up to 20points. Best game of day so far for me

Geno liked Ashley a lot, I believe, but thought she'd do better at a lower level. She started at SJU and transferred to JMU.

OSU is gonna be a tough out for some team. I think they could really challenge UNC

That might be the best game of the second round.... at least the most entertaining one.

I have to pull for James Madison. they are the Dukes of course

And I had to support JMU because one of the kids I coached before I retired was Lauren Okafor, who played for Hopkins School in New Haven, CT. She started at Providence, but transferred to JMU as a pre-med. She started all season and was on the Colonial tournament all-star team. Great kid.

JMU should be really good again.... but they need to find a replacement for Okafor..... Ive seen a few of their games this year... and yeah... she was a good player.

Not to be a baby but Hope they bring different refs for NC game!

Her nickname was Lady Okafor, right? I saw her play when she was really young - quite impressive.
