yes. B1G athletic directors are under confidentiality, so anything they say in a public forum will be disinformation. But in a car wash, nothing can be traced back. Even bugs won't work with the water and suds in the background. So in a car wash there is no reason to be anything but candid. You can absolutely trust what you hear.

Sandy is actually pretty cool, and an engaging person to converse with. That said I can't imagine that she'd say anything more than UCONN is a great school, and The B1G is always evaluating membership. Its unlikely she is clued in to any high level information as that is likely handled directly by Delany and other conference higher ups under the direction of the conference presidents.

Very nice lady, said nothing happening with expansion, focused on next TV contract. Would not say what channel will get it but it will be a doozy. My takeaway is as of this moment only Notre Dame moves the needle at all for the conference.

For some that might be true, but I think there are plenty of regulars like myself that have gravitated to this board because they are interested in conference realignment, appreciate UCONN's athletic accomplishments, and have found good/entertaining conversation here.

As for Sandy, I hope no one actually expected her to lay out some grand expansion plan to a complete stranger over cocktails? I still believe that your future is in The B1G, and hope that you get a chance to prove yourselves on that stage sooner than later.
